I recall doing this many years ago with a Sega Saturn ISO that was giving me trouble, but I can't recall the specific way I did it. Hmm I'm going off of a vague memory, so I could very well be wrong, but I think what I did was burn the ISO+MP3 to a blank CD, then used Alcohol 120% to create the Bin/Cue files using the copy I just made. You can also apply Sonic CD ++ hack on top of this patch, just tell the SCD++ patcher you are using the European iso as source as you would normally do. Two patches are included depending on which dump of the game you have, ISO or BIN format. Read the readme.txt file for more information. Enjoy!
